Do you offer a guarantee on your pups?
YES! I do offer a 1 year guarantee and you can view it on guarantee page. My Sales Contract tells what is not covered in the guarantee.
How old does the pup have to be before you can ship?
All my pups have to be at least 8 weeks of age before I can ship them.
How do you ship the pups?
I use Pet Destinations through American Airlines located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If I didn't think they were good with my animals I would not use them. I fly the pups out that morning and you pick the pup up the same day. Depending on location, anywhere from that afternoon to that evening.
How do I pick up my puppy from the airport?
you will pick him up at the room next to the luggage carousal and you will need to bring ID. Just a suggestion you may want to take clean paper for his crate and some wet wipes.
Are your pups potty trained?
No they are however kennel trained so they do know the difference between inside and outside and they general go outside to use the bathroom. most report that potty training has been really easy and should take a matter of days.
What comes with my pup?
Your pup will come with a crate for traveling, all its shots and worming records, registration papers, health certificate. All my pups come with a 1 year guarantee. (crate, and health certificate is only on puppies being ship.)
What types of payments do you accept?
I do accept Paypal. I prefer paypal. They have a buyers protection plan that covers you if you don't receive your pup.
I am also USDA licensed and My address, phone, and email are also listed
I also accept money orders(for the amount of purchase only) and Wal Mart money grams. I do not accept personal checks because that delays shipping.
Paypal does allow you to pay using credit cards.
What kind of food do you feed your pups?
I feed all my pups Diamond puppy food. I keep feed out for them throughout the day. As your pup gets older you and your vet can decide what kind of diet is right for your pup.
How long does it take before you ship my pup?
Depending on the day of the week, I can usually ship the following week if the pup is of age. Provided I have all the necessary paper work and payment. It usually takes 2-3 days to get the flight arrangments back from the airlines.
