and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects

the health of the animal. please know that this guarantee

will be replacement only.

Your puppy will see a vet and be certified before it is

 shipped the vet will check out heart lungs joints etc.

 But puppies like babies can still get sick you the

owner should be aware that owning a puppy means

trips to the veterinarian and understands that you

the owner will be responsible for all payments

Also understand even if we book the flight and If I think your puppy 

is looking or acting strange or don't think the puppy if up to the trip

 I will have to reschedule the flight and of course notify you by phone

 and e-mail so you will know the night before. Please know that Not

making the flight would be a rare thing and not something I would

like to do because I will then be responsible for the new vet exam.

 But I love my puppies and would rather have you wait a week then

 have you disappointed with your puppy. I know this from personal

experence I raise puppy's for the pleasure not the profit and when

I make a mistake I do learn.

As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received 1st

 vaccinations and deworming by me I am not a veterinarian

 I only give the medication I have no way to verify if the

dog has worms other than visual inspection but I do worm

bi weekly with pamote pytel and at 8 weeks worm x

please be aware sometimes a puppy will get a cold, or coccidia

(a stress related diarrhea) which I will give them 2 days of panizarol

 to help prevent against it but sometimes they still get it.

A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect

 will be replaced as follows:

Animal must show the defect by one year of age. at

 which time please notify me as soon as possible 

of the problem I will need a report with the

veterinarian's determination. At which time I will

 provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.

 your puppy with a defect may have to be returned

 or euthanized if it is deemed necessary ***I know

we all love our babies (your puppy) so God forbid

if you puppy come up some life threatening defect

 and you have a vet report to verify it and you want

 to keep your puppy and care for it there is no way

I would ask you to return the puppy** just know that

 when you are ready for your new puppy we will get

 you a replacement puppy.  Of course You the Buyer

 Will be responsible for transportation cost on a

replacement puppy this means airfare, crate, delivery

 to airport and vet certification. I try to keep my

 prices reasonable so covering the shipping would be

 impossible.

About your replacement puppy

Your replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon

 by both of us and will be of comparable quality.

It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the

exact same parents of original puppy.

PS **here are some helpful hints to keep your puppy

from injury don't drop or allow your puppy to jump

from furniture or high places. And please supervise

your puppy around children also if you know something

is poisonous please keep your puppy away from it such

as  poisen snails, rat poison anti freeze ect. for

your puppy sake because injury is not covered under

the health guarantee.
